PRESENCE Shop, India runs under the aegis of PRESENCE Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. We only ship within India and strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as soon as possible. We aim to ship all products within 4-5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Timeline and Shipment Tracking:

1. Once your order is processed and your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
2. If you don’t receive your tracking number within 5 days of your order confirmation, or if you have any concerns about the shipment, please contact us at shop@maharishikaa.org
3. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We work with reputable courier services to ensure your product reaches you safely.

Delays:

1. In the event of any unexpected delays, you will be able to track these based on you AWB number or tracking code.

Issues with Shipping:

1. In case of any issues, such as incorrect or damaged products upon delivery, please refer to our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy for guidance on next steps.

PRESENCE Shop, India runs under the aegis of PRESENCE Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. We fundamentally believe you will be happy with the products you purchase from the PRESENCE Shop on our website www.maharishikaa.org/in/shop. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

Refunds:

1. If there is a delay at our end to deliver your product to you, you can cancel your order and a full refund may be issued for your product.
2. Hand-made items are susceptible to slight variations in size. Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible. Refunds and exchanges  will not be issued for slight variations in size and/or shape.
3. If you haven’t received a refund yet for your undelivered item, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@presencetechnologies.com

Repairs & Exchanges:

1. If you’ve received your product in a damaged condition, it is eligible for exchange within thirty (30) days of purchase.
2. You must first contact us within twenty four hours of the delivery of the said product, and send us photos of the same  at accounts@presencetechnologies.com along with the order number and reason for exchange.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be new, unused and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. We will provide you with instructions where you can return your order for exchange. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
5. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as we are not held responsible for any lost returns.
6. Based on the damage, your product may be repaired or replaced with a new piece of the same product solely at the discretion of the assessing officer of PRESENCE Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
